I had an excellent experience with this auto glass company. The technician came directly to my house and repaired my windshield quickly and professionally. He arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, and clearly took pride in his work. The repair was completed efficiently, and the entire process was very smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the very fair and transparent pricing, with no unexpected charges. It was refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and integrity and doesn't try to rip you off. Another thing I really appreciated was their outstanding customer service. If you're looking for reliable, professional, and affordable auto glass service, I highly recommend this company.

I stumbled upon Auto Glass Alexandria using Google search. Unsure if they traveled to Southern Maryland. The representative Sulaiman was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Able to schedule me the same day which was a blessing due to my car being burglarized that morning my emotions were at a disarray. He arrived in the timeframe stated, his rates beat SAFELITE by a lot and the service was top tier! I pray to not have to use their services again however I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in need! Thank you for being a blessing in disguise.

I will caveat the below with the fact that Edris was always super communicative, attentive, and professional. If you own a Tesla, I would not recommend this company for you. Stick with Safellite and Telsa Service Center. I had two damaged windows that needed replacement. This company installed non-OEM windows on my car. They claimed that they install non-OEM windows on Tesla's "all the time." After driving a day without the correct windows, the cabin noise was so loud and unbearable. Edris was very professional and attentive to my needs, he even answered my call when I was on a roadtrip experiencing window issues and attempted to help me resolve it on the phone. In the end, this company could not complete the work of installing OEM Tesla windows due to their price and we had to go our separate ways amicably. Overall, for a mobile-at-home service, they are very good and arrive on time and are very professional.
